Hearty Curry Rice

Dice carrots.

Carrots are not easy to boil softly, so cook them for a while on low heat.

Wash the potatoes and cook them in a pot (they will be peeled after they are cooked).

Cut the onion into pieces.
5.
Cut the lettuce into strips.
6.
Peel and dice potatoes into water to wash off excess starch.

Fried onions.

The fried onions are cooked with diced carrots and diced potatoes.
9.
Stir-fry garlic lettuce while cooking.

Put pork chops and chicken fillets in the oven to adjust'meat' for 10 minutes.

Prepare curry cubes.

Turn off the heat and throw in the curry cubes (I put 4 cubes).
13.
After the curry cubes are dissolved, turn on the heat again and cook for 5 minutes.

The cooked food is placed on the plate to complete the hearty curry rice~
