[heinz Tomato Sauce] Beef Stew with Tomato

Cut green onion and ginger into slices, mince garlic,

Cut the beef into 2 cm square pieces, soak in clean water for 2 hours, and change the water every half an hour.

Put the beef cubes in a pot under cold water. After the water is boiled, remove the blood foam and remove the beef to drain.

Pour oil in a pot, heat over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, add half a teaspoon of salt,

Add Heinz tomato sauce, sauté until fragrant,

Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce,

Stir-fry evenly, serve and set aside,

Continue to pour oil in the pan, add the sliced green onion and sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour the fried beef into the electric stew pot,

Use an electric stew pot to simmer in water for 3 hours.
Tips:
If you don't have an electric stewing pot, you can also use a wok to simmer for more than 1 hour.
