Are you going to stay up late today?
Something exciting?
Tumbled spicy soup, soft muscle tendons,
Sweet corn, is this heaven or hell?

Ingredients

Hell Pig Hand Pot

1. Wash the pig's hands, chop large pieces, put it in a pot, add enough cold water, and boil for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, pour off the water and skim the foam for later use.

2. Pour cooking wine into the electric pressure cooker, add ginger and green onions, and spare pork knuckles, add enough water, and use the beans/ tendons of the electric pressure cooker.

3. Cut the sweet corn into narrower sections, wash and remove the stalks of the mushrooms. Cut green garlic into diagonal slices. Slice the Chaotian pepper.

4. Waiting time to adjust a bowl of seasoning: the oil (I use scallion oil) is heated to 50% heat, add Pixian bean paste, sweet noodle sauce, cumin, and chili powder, stir-fry to taste the aroma, and then put it on a plate for later use.

5. Press the pig's knuckles and set aside. Take a casserole or a saucepan. Pour in the fried seasonings and then pour the pig's knuckles and pig's knuckle soup. After the high heat has been boiled, continue to boil for 10 minutes. Cook over medium heat until the soup is thick and fragrant.

6. Finally, while the soup in the pot is boiling hot, sprinkle some green garlic on top to increase the fragrance.

Tips:

1. There is coriander in this raw material, but I don't like coriander, and students who like it can add it!
2. The seasoning and steps have been changed, and you can adjust it appropriately at home, whatever it is convenient to make!
3. So delicious! Hurry up and start Ψ( ̄∀ ̄)Ψ! ! Time does not wait for the boiling spicy soup to be finished. Don’t throw it away. A bowl of ramen is also incredibly delicious! ! !
