Broken beans by hand, wash

Wash bean sprouts

Cut the pork belly into 5mm thick slices, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch to marinate for 5 minutes and fry until browned

Add bean sprouts to the carobs when they are ripe, stir-fry and simmer for ten minutes with warm water. The water should flow over the ingredients

The thin noodles are placed in a steamer on high heat for ten minutes, split as much as possible and spread on the vegetable ingredients, and steamed on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
