Henan Lo Noodles

Thin noodles (round or machine-cut at random), add cooked vegetable oil and mix, try to make every noodles, so that it will not stick when steamed, steam on the steamer for 15 minutes.

Shredded pork with green onion and ginger.

Bean sprouts, tamarind beans (don't know where they went π).

Stir-fry shredded pork like a stir-fry, add star anise, scallion, ginger, dried chili, add bean sprouts and beans, change the color to freshness, dark soy sauce color, oil consumption to increase the flavor, add 700ml of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and then add salt chicken essence to taste (Slightly more salty flavor than usual stir-fry, because the noodles taste just right after mixing them), then adjust the color with dark soy sauce, and the steamed noodles will look good or not.

The steamed noodles are mixed well with the soup in the freshly-fried vegetable, and the vegetable is not added, because the vegetable will be soft and tasteless after steaming it again.
