Herbal Braised Duck

Add ginger and beer over the duck meat, wash and set aside.

The yellow sticks are cut into pieces and the koji is boiled in water.

Take out the Chinese herbal medicine and wash it.

Put the sugar and oil into the pan and fry it into sugar color.

After sautéing the sugar color, add the yellow sticks and red rice koji cooked in water and cook for 10 minutes.

Saute the spices and boil them in sugar-colored water for 20 minutes. Serve the brine. Wrap up the spices.
