Herbal Celery Leaf Omelette

Wash the celery leaves and put them in the basin.

Knock in the eggs, add some salt and mix well.
3.
Put oil in the frying pan.
4.
Pour the egg mixture and shake the pot.
5.
Turn over after frying one side and fry the other side.
Tips:
Celery leaves can be cut with a knife, I'm lazy. Don't use too much oil, too much oil is too greasy.
