Heze Biscuits

Prepare flour, yeast powder and water

Dip your hands in alkaline water, knead the fermented dough and knead evenly

Start to adjust the pastry:
1 tablespoon flour

Make a paste

1:1 blend of honey and water (the raw material is syrup)

Prepare white sesame seeds (so that all the accessories are ready)

Let it stand and vent again, round it, divide it into 6 equal parts, and divide one of them into 5 smaller parts

Cut out the flower disc and slowly push it out by pressing the middle with your fingers. Do not press on the very edge, brush with honey water and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Put it in a baking tray, oval-shaped biscuits, preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and heat up and down at 200 degrees, 15 minutes, bake it and let it cool, and it will be very crispy.

The best match with sesame seeds is the mutton soup, but I didn’t have it at home, so I made the spicy soup, which was quite delicious.
Tips:
The purpose of adding alkaline water is to prevent the biscuits from baking into a piece of burnt spots, which will affect the appearance. The temperature of the oven is for reference only
