High-fiber Oatmeal Banana Cake

Mix all the flour, whole wheat flour, oatmeal flour, salt, baking soda, and aluminum-free baking powder. (Oatmeal is a powder made from instant oatmeal using a food processor)

Stir the eggs with soft sugar.

Then add corn oil and stir evenly to obtain an egg corn oil mixture.

The bananas are mashed and the pecans are pitted and chopped.

Pour the mashed banana into the egg and corn oil mixture of step 3 and mix well.

Pour the mixed liquid in step 5 into the powder in step 1, and stir evenly.

Finally, add chopped pecans and cooked black sesame seeds, and mix well.

Pour into the abrasive tool. Sprinkle a little instant oatmeal on the surface.

The second to last floor of the oven, 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
