Home-cooked Bran

Ingredients: roasted bran, black fungus (soaked and washed), day lily (soaked and washed), shiitake mushrooms (soaked and washed), peanuts (cooked)

Tear the bran into small pieces and soak in boiling water.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the soaked bran, and add some light soy sauce.

Then, add black fungus, day lily, shiitake mushrooms and peanuts and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil.
