Home-cooked Chicken Feet with Pickled Peppers

Ingredients: chicken feet, pickled peppers, etc.

Cut off the nails of the chicken feet.

Chop into small pieces for easy taste.

Cut ginger into pieces.

Put the chicken feet in a pot of cold water, add ginger, garlic, pepper, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, and salt. Cook on high heat for 12 minutes.

Put the chicken feet under running water to cool down to avoid aspic and wash away the gum. Remove and let cool.

Pour the white vinegar into the pickled pepper and pickled pepper water, add chicken essence and salt, and stir well.
