Home-cooked Crispy Lotus Root

Peel and wash the two lotus root sections, 1 red pepper, a little green onion and garlic

Slice the lotus root and soak in water for 10 minutes to drain

Shred red pepper, mince green onion and garlic
4.
Pour oil in a pot 7 when mature, minced garlic and sauté
5.
Then stir-fry the lotus root in the pot for 1 minute

Then add red pepper and stir well
7.
Finally, add some salt and chicken essence to taste, add the chopped green onions and turn off the heat
