A very homely fried noodle. There is no greens in the house, so I put snow peas (snow peas). There is still a little bit of char siu from the roast yesterday. Anyway, put whatever you have at home. "

Home-cooked Fried Noodles

1. Bring the water to a boil, boil the egg noodles until they can be mixed with chopsticks.

2. Rinse the noodles with cold water, commonly known as Guo Lenghe.

3. Shred the barbecued pork.

4. Chopped green onions.

5. Defrost the shrimps and marinate for 10 minutes with cooking wine, salt and cornstarch.

6. Tear off the old silk on both sides of snow peas and boil them in boiling water.

7. Put the prawns in the water of blanched snow peas and cook until they are 8 minutes cooked. The prawns will be ready as soon as they are rolled up.

8. Heat the oil in a pan, and saute the garlic.

9. Put the barbecued pork in and fry.

10. Fry the noodles.

11. Add snow peas, shrimp, and chopped green onion and stir fry. (My child doesn't eat raw green onions, so I put them in at this time.)

12. Put the fried soy sauce emperor and sugar in it.

13. Just mix well.

14. Simply fried noodles are ready.
