Boil the water in the pot and boil the noodles until they are half cooked

Immediately remove the cooked noodles and put them in cold water

Put it in the sieve and rinse with cold water and try to dry the water as much as possible

Pour some cooking oil and mix the noodles evenly to avoid sticking together

Heat up the pot and add rapeseed oil to saute ginger and millet pepper

Tips:
The noodles are mixed with oil to prevent sticking. When cooking the noodles, keep turning the noodles so as not to stick to the pan.
