Home-cooked Fried Noodles

Put enough water in the pot to boil, add the noodles until the water boils again, add 1 cup of cold water, after boiling, keep the water boiling and continue to cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, remove the cold water and drain the noodles.

Add pork shreds, chopped green onion and ginger, cooking wine and dry starch and mix well.

Heat the pan with oil, add the pork shreds when the oil is warm, and stir fry until the color turns white.

Put the oil in a separate pot and stir-fry the drained noodles when the oil is warm.

Stir in the soy sauce, thirteen spice powder and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly (the soy sauce is best soy sauce, I use light soy sauce)

Add the stir-fried pork shreds and stir well

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry for 10 seconds to turn off the heat.

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry for 10 seconds and turn off the heat.
