Home-cooked Garlic White Meat

Ingredients: 300 grams of premium pork belly, lettuce, a little accessories: cinnamon, garlic, ginger, aniseed, licorice and cooking wine dipping sauce. Seasoning: cooked white sesame, chili oil, vinaigrette, sesame oil, light soy garlic clove, pepper oil, sugar.

Prepare a pot of cold water and put the pork belly in it (the amount of water should not exceed the ingredients).

After turning on, turn to medium and low heat and continue to cook for about 25 minutes. It can be easily inserted with chopsticks.

Tips:
