I haven't made braised noodles for a long time. This braised noodles has made some changes on the basis of the past, and the taste feels better than the chef's. The beans are soft and rotten, and the potato nono is mixed with the original wheat flavour of the noodles, and the hardness is just right for the rich sauce.

Tips:
