Home-cooked Noodles

Make up the flour and put it in a plastic bag to wake up the noodles

Cut the pork into strips for later use. Choose fatter ones

Cut potatoes into strips, break the beans into small pieces

Chop the chopped green onion and minced garlic

Stir-fry the lard, add the chopped green onion, minced garlic, and pepper noodles, and fry for a fragrant flavor

Put the potatoes and beans in the pot until the dark soy sauce is served, and fry until the potatoes are colored

Wait for the potatoes to be colored enough, add the right amount of water, cover the pot and wait for ten minutes

Roll out the noodles and cut into strips

Wait for the pot to boil for about five minutes, put the noodles on the beans

Put the noodles in the lid and let the atmosphere change for about ten minutes. If there is more noodles, simmer for a while. Remove the lid and separate the noodles with chopsticks.

After the noodles are separated, mix them with potatoes and beans, and it's OK
Tips:
It’s better to make braised noodles with more oil. I made the noodles by myself. You can buy sliced noodles and try it soon.
