Home-cooked Octopus

1. The hairtail section is cleaned and set aside

2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic slices and stir fry until fragrant

3. Add the octopus and fry for two minutes

4. Cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, salt, sugar
