Home Cooked Pork Ribs

Soak and wash the ribs.

Pour cold water into the pot.
3.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.

Remove, wash, and drain.
5.
Heat oil and fry the ribs.

Fry until the surface is slightly browned.

Add two aniseed ingredients and sauté until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and a little dark soy sauce.

Stir fry until evenly colored.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add salt to taste.

Pour into the electric pressure cooker.
12.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
13.
After releasing the pressure, open the lid.
14.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. The simmering time is for reference only, subject to its ripeness.
2. Put cold water on the ribs into the pot to facilitate the removal of more blood.
