A dish that was used to improve meals and entertain guests at home when I was young, and now it still tastes so that I can’t help but eat two more bowls of rice. A family of three makes a big plate, with vegetables and meat, and eats well.

Home-cooked Stew

1. Preparing ingredients: de-glutinous beans and break into sections, cut pork belly, sliced green onion and ginger, soaked vermicelli

2. Stir-fry the meat under oil heat to change its color, add green onion, ginger, star anise and fry to create a fragrance, then add cooking wine, aged vinegar, light soy sauce, soy sauce, and soybean paste to fry to create a fragrance

3. Add the beans and fry to get the moisture, pour in the water soaked in the ingredients, and start to simmer

4. Stew the beans until they are eighty mature, add the vermicelli and continue to simmer, finally add salt and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
