Prepare the ingredients, cut the tofu into triangular slices, cut the green and red peppers, slice the meat, and change the scallion, ginger, garlic and knife

Tips:
1. It is best to use salted tofu, this tofu is more delicious. 2. There is no need to add salt during the cooking process. Salt has already been added to the bowl of juice. Avoid adding too much salt.
