Home Cooked Tofu

Prepare tofu and onions.

Cut the tofu into slices, sprinkle with salt, and marinate for a while.

Wash the onion and cut into pieces.

Tear the water-fat fungus into small flowers.

Heat the frying pan, pour oil, and add tofu slices.

Fry tofu with golden brown on both sides.

Push the fried tofu to one side of the pot, then add the Pixian chili peppers to the other half of the pot and stir-fry the red oil.

Add onion and fungus and stir-fry evenly.

Add light soy sauce, sugar and salt, and continue to stir fry.

Add another spoonful of water. The fire boiled and turned to medium fire.

Boil until the soup is dry.

Add chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
The fungus should be soaked in advance, and the Pixian chili should be fried on a low heat to get the red oil.
