Get all the materials ready.

Pour a little oil in the pot to burn red to burn.

Pour all the ingredients.

Turn the ingredients until they are fragrant, then pour the pork in.

Stir-fry the pork until the color changes, add a little water, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer until the water is dry.

Boil for about 20 minutes and the water is almost dry. Pour in the light soy sauce, add some salt, and the water will shrink. Sprinkle with a little sugar, turn off the heat and set it for later use.

Pour the hot pot into the right amount of oil, pour the beans and carrots and stir fry together.

Fry until the color as shown in Figure 8.

Pour a bowl of water (as shown in Figure 9), boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 20 minutes.

Pour in the cooked meat and stir fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt, double for 3 to 5 minutes to turn off the heat.

Note: Because of different tastes, you can add more spicy seasonings, so that the stew is very delicious, even the black garlic is eaten up, ha ha!
