Home Cooking: Garlic Meat Slices

After washing the green garlic sprouts, cut into small sections and drain the water for later use;

Pork with belt meat, cut into slices;

Wash ginger, green onions, and garlic and chop finely; in fact, the amount is only half of the photo;

Chop the bean paste in advance;
5.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pan to heat up, put the meat slices into the pan, stir-fry to get the oil, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir fry evenly;

Pull the pork slices aside, use the remaining oil in the pan, sauté the onion, ginger, garlic, and bean paste, then stir-fry the sliced meat and bean paste evenly;
7.
Add garlic sprouts and stir fry evenly;
8.
Add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and remove from the pot.
