Prepare ginger slices, carrots, peeled and sliced pork ribs in advance. Use cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, add an egg and marinate for half an hour.

Boil it in a frying pan until it is six times ripe, add the ribs and fry them until both sides are yellowish.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, stir-fry the ginger slices and carrots, and finally add the ribs.

Add boiling water, simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes, add a little cornstarch paste.
