Ingredients are prepared.

Wash the leeks and cut into sections.

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat well.

Heat oil in a pan and add egg mixture.

Fry until clumped, chop into small pieces, set aside.

In a separate oil pan, when the oil is hot, stir-fry the leeks and add salt.

After quickly stir-frying, add the scrambled eggs, stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry for a while.

Finally, sprinkle in chicken essence, stir well and serve.
