Home Cooking: Stir-fried Beef with Garlic Moss

After the fresh beef is cleaned, boil it in clean water for 15-20 minutes. Let the cooked beef cool and slice it. The garlic moss is broken into 5cm long sections and washed clean.

After the pot is cleaned, pour oil, put the pepper in the pot and fry the aroma, then add beef and stir fry

When the beef is sautéed until both sides have slightly changed color, add light soy sauce and stir fry quickly, then add garlic moss and stir fry together, stir fry for about 30 seconds, add salt and stir evenly and then out of the pan.
