Home-made Black Pepper Organ Potatoes

Buy potatoes and ham in the supermarket. It is best to choose oblong potatoes, which are easy to bake.

Peel the potatoes and wash them, and put a pair of chopsticks under them to prevent them from being cut off.

Cut the potatoes evenly into thin slices about 3-5 mm, the bottom must still be connected.

Wrap the potatoes in tin foil with the matte side facing out. Put it in the middle of the oven, the temperature is 250 degrees, and the time is 30-50 minutes. It depends on the situation of each oven. Wear gloves and pinch the foil on the outside of the potatoes. If they become soft, the potatoes are ready.

While roasting the potatoes, cut the ham into semi-circular slices. Do not cut too thick. The thickness of the slices should be 3-5 mm.

Sprinkle the cut ham with salt, black pepper and salad oil and mix well.

Take out the baked potatoes, peel off the tin foil and let cool for a while.

Clamp the ham slices into the potatoes one by one, slowly, so as not to break the potatoes.

After clamping, use a brush to brush a layer of olive oil on the surface of the potatoes and put them in the oven.

Lower the temperature of the oven to 200 degrees, and it will be ready in 15-20 minutes.
