Home-made Lo-mei

The meat to be marinated is cleaned.

Peel the whole single head garlic and put it in a gauze bag together with fennel and pepper.

Put the meat to be marinated, the seasoning bag in step 2 and all other ingredients in the soup pot, then pour in the rice wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and water. Boil on high heat.

After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for one hour.
Tips:
1. Don't use a pressure cooker for quick cooking, cook slowly to taste.
2. Save the cooked soup for later use. This is the old soup.
3. The amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice wine and water in the recipe is an approximate amount, because I just put it every time. The specific dosage should be adjusted according to personal preference.
