Home Stewed Spanish Mackerel

Cut each fish into three pieces

The fish pieces are glued with dry starch and fried.

Fish at oil temperature of 50 degrees

Put a little oil first, then add the ingredients, ginger and chili, and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Put the fish and green onions together and heat the water

Add 3 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, boil over high heat and simmer for 15 minutes
