Home-style Braised Fish

One yellow croaker, more than 1 catty.

Remove the internal organs, clean up and dry for later use.

The pan won't fit, I made it with an electric baking pan. The pot must be hot, or it will stick to the pot easily. Don't worry when you start to fry fish on medium heat. Be sure to wait until the fry is finished before turning it over, and operate carefully.

One side is ready to fry and the other side is ready to fry.

Prepare in advance the ingredients to be used, onion, ginger, garlic, stewed fish bag (buy ready-made), coriander (cut into sections), sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce and the most important deodorant tomato sauce .

Add the ingredients mentioned above and the appropriate soup, preferably hot or lukewarm water.

Bring to a boil and simmer slowly. Until there is very little soup left (you can turn it once in the middle). Serving the fish carefully, blanch the coriander in the soup and pour it over the stewed fish.

Homemade braised fish. I don't know how to make it but it's delicious.
