Home-style Fried Radish

1. One dry radish, wash, remove both ends, and cut into cubes.

2. Wash the pork belly, cut into small pieces, minced green onion and ginger, and one star anise.

3. Wash fresh peas.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add star anise, pork slices, and stir-fry until the color changes.

5. Add the chopped green onion and ginger, and stir fry with soy sauce until it is colored.

6. Pour the diced radish and stir fry evenly.

7. Pour in the peas and continue to stir fry.
