Preparation: pork slices; carrots and pepper slices; garlic sprouts cut into pieces

Juice: Mix Pixian Doubanjiang, Laoganma, and a little starch into juice

Tips:
When frying the tofu, heat the oil a little bit so that the tofu will not easily disperse.
