Home-style Lotus Leaf Chicken

Let the lotus leaf boil in a pot of water and cook for two minutes, remove it and let it cool in water. Then put a plate on the steamer and spread the lotus leaves on top of the plate. Cut the chicken into pieces and boil for five minutes to remove.
