Home-style Quick Stir-fry-fried Sausage with Snow Peas

Slice the sausage with an oblique knife.

Tear the side ribs on both sides of snow peas and set aside

Cut the garlic sprouts with an oblique knife.

Press the start button in the wok, and start by pressing the amount of fire. Add a little oil to the garlic sprouts and saute.

After the garlic sprouts are saute, add the sausage and stir fry quickly.

Add a small amount of hot water, cover the pot, and simmer for three to five minutes.

Add snow peas.

Stir-fry evenly, about half a minute, the snow peas are slightly soft and season with a small amount of salt. Turn off the fire and install the dish.
Tips:
The sausage itself has a salty taste, so the salt can be put or left. My sausage is lighter, so I need to add a small amount of salt to make the snow peas taste good. In addition, the oil will come out when the sausage is stir-fried, so just add a small amount of oil and stir-fry the garlic sprouts.
