Home-style Stir-fried Three Shreds

Wash the ingredients

Shredded dried tofu

Cut leek into inch pieces

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add dried tofu shreds, blanch for 1 minute, remove and set aside

Add oil to the pot and heat up, add the peppercorns and fry until slightly charred, remove the peppercorns and use them

Add chopped green onion and garlic slices until fragrant
7.
Add mung bean sprouts and stir fry until they are broken
8.
Add the leeks, stir-fry the dried tofu evenly, add salt and pour in rice vinegar

Stir-fry quickly and evenly, ready for serving
