I usually make this dish at lunch, because the lunchtime is more stressful. Pancake shreds are both vegetable and rice. Cut some vegetables you like, or put some meat, and simply fry them out. The whole process takes less than 20 minutes.

Home-style Vegetarian Fried Cake Shreds
