Homemade Alcoholic Peanuts
1.
To prepare raw peanuts, I probably used less than two catties, because I have to send it to my uncle in the south, and save some for my father-in-law’s wine and food. If it’s appropriate, let’s soak it overnight. If it’s morning, get up and soak up , You can peel it at five or six in the afternoon
2.
After soaking for one night, I was naked in the morning! 😁
3.
Then put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator to freeze at least! The peanuts made in this way are firmer and crisper
4.
After taking it out of the refrigerator, rub the "united together" peanuts and enlarge them directly into the wok, and put the oil in the pan in advance! Then cool and deep fry on a low fire, wait for the oil temperature to rise slowly, change to medium heat, and keep stirring to prevent sticking to the pan. I do a lot and the spatula is a little sticky!
5.
Look at the picture, turn off the heat when it reaches this color, and get it out!
6.
Leave oil in the pot, change the fire, and watch the smoke. Then add peanuts and re-fry, I changed the pan this time, and heated it evenly!
7.
The color is yellow, it can be fished out like a picture! This fried peanut is very important! I made a small one and tasted it. If the hair is crispy, it can be fished out. Be careful when you burn your mouth and your hands! 😜
8.
Leave less oil in the pan, add pepper and chili shreds, and fry on low heat to change color
9.
Pour in peanuts, then add salt (appropriate amount of salt), appropriate amount of chili powder, appropriate amount of sugar, like sweet ones with more sugar, and spicy ones with more spicy! Don't have too much salt! Add according to your taste
10.
After stirring evenly, put the pepper powder in the end, turn off the heat immediately, and stir evenly.
11.
This is for our own food, slightly spicy!
12.
This is made separately, after the peanuts are fried, they are made separately! There are so many peppers! Uncle loves spicy food!
Tips:
1. Don't fry the fried peanuts!
2. Put the pepper powder last!
Let it cool, put it in a bag, and seal it well for a long time! Start to taste delicious!
