Wash the fresh tenderloin, cut into small pieces, and evenly spread with Lee Kum Kee Char Siew Sauce.

Pack them in a fresh-keeping bag and keep them fresh overnight in the refrigerator.

Put tin foil on the baking tray and put the marinated meat in it. (Preheat the oven in advance) Put the baking tray into the middle of the oven and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, turn it over, brush a layer of char siu sauce, heat 200°C and then bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

After roasting, take it out, slice it and serve it on a plate.
