Homemade Bitter Gourd

Chop the pork, add the marinade, mix well, beat with your hands until firm.

Wash the bitter gourd, cut into about 3 cm ring-shaped bitter gourd, dig out the blank flesh with a spoon. (After the bitter gourd has been removed, it can't be washed with water anymore!)

Spread a layer of cornstarch on the bitter gourd section.

Stuff the meat into the bitter gourd section.

Boil a water steamer, add the bitter gourd segments, and steam for 20 minutes until cooked.
6.
Pour the raw juice of steamed bitter gourd into the oil pan, add the seasoning, and thicken with starch water.
7.
Just pour it on the steamed bitter gourd.
