Homemade Boiled Beef

Choose the top-quality beef tenderloin and cut it into thin slices. Rinse it in cold water several times to remove the blood.

Peel and wash fresh cabbage and cut into thin slices. Cut the green onions into chopped green onions.

Put the green peppercorns in a pot and stir-fry them to create a fragrance.

Sprinkle in the pepper powder, chili powder, hot oil (canola oil must be used), and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Cook the beef slices until they are just cooked. They should not be cooked too old, otherwise they will lose their tender and smooth taste;
2. The pepper powder is best to use your own hand-fried fragrant grind, so that the numb taste will be more delicious;
3. The last hot oil must be rapeseed oil.
