Homemade Braised Beef
1.
Cut the beef into large pieces, put ginger slices and cooking wine in the pot, then add the beef and blanch it in boiling water for one minute.
2.
Remove and rinse.
3.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, sauté the shallots, ginger and garlic slices.
4.
Add the beef and stir fry slightly.
5.
Pour in cooking wine and soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
6.
Prepare the fruit, hawthorn, star anise, pepper, bay leaf and cinnamon into the seasoning box.
7.
Add a proper amount of boiling water to the pot (the amount of water should be less than the beef), put it in the seasoning box, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 90 minutes.
8.
Finally, add appropriate amount of sugar and salt to adjust the taste, turn on high heat to thicken the soup, add diced green peppers and stir-fry until raw.
9.
Add the cut garlic yellow to turn off the heat.
Tips:
Those who don't like chili can not add it. Soy sauce also has a salty taste, so don't add salt too much.
