Homemade Braised Beef

Ingredients: 600g beef brisket, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, 12 pieces of rock sugar, 1 piece of star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, pepper, dried hawthorn, and dried red pepper

Soak sirloin in clean water, soak in bleeding water, and cut into small pieces

Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, and water to a boil, skim the bleeding foam, remove it, and rinse with hot water

Add oil to the pot, add rock sugar and fry to make the sugar color, add beef, stir fry for color

Add all the dry seasonings: 3 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, stir and stir evenly

Add hot water, simmer for 2 hours on medium and low heat, or transfer to a pressure cooker

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of salt and sprinkle with coriander.
