Homemade Braised Tofu

Wash the tofu and cut into pieces for later use.

Wash the garnishes and slice them for later use. (Pictured above)

Put oil in a pan, fry tofu on both sides over low heat, and after the surface is browned, remove and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add the side dishes after it is half-hot, and stir fry for a while. (The green onion and garlic are put in the pot at the same time)

Pour the tofu into the pot, add a little light soy sauce, salt, and char siu sauce, stir fry for a while, add a little dark soy sauce, and stir fry a few more times.

Add warm water to half waist, simmer on medium heat, when the water is boiled, collect the juice over high heat, and it is ready.
Tips:
1. If you like chili, put some chili. 2. If you like bean paste, you can put it in the pot when the oil is hot. 3. Pay attention to the heat when frying tofu. It is best to use a low heat, but it will be slow. 4. Sprinkle some chives when out of the pot.
