Homemade Bread

Add milk and eggs to the bread machine!

Add bread flour, sugar and salt diagonally, dig a small hole in the middle, and add dry yeast!

Turn on the kneading function, 20 minutes!

The butter is softened, add it to the bread bucket, and continue mixing for 20 minutes!

Turn on the fermentation function, the default is one hour, because the weather is cold, so I turned on the fermentation function twice! It took two hours for the dough to ferment!
6.
After the dough is fermented, turn on the baking function and the bread is ready!
Tips:
Usually use the bread machine to make bread, just turn on the standard function, add softened butter in the middle, and leave the rest to the bread machine. But because of the cold winter, I chose to control every step by myself. !
