Homemade Calcium Supplemental Soup----taro Tofu and Shrimp Soup

Cut the tofu into small pieces and boil it in boiling water.

Peel the taro and cut into small pieces, thaw and wash the prawns for later use.

Fry the pan until the oil is poured into the prawns, add some cooking wine and stir fry until the color changes.

Add boiling water to the casserole and add the fried prawns, taro chunks, green onion and ginger. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Skim off the floating powder when cooking.

Put the tofu in and cook for 5 minutes.

Finally, add salt, pepper, chicken essence, and sesame oil to taste and turn off the heat.
