Homemade Capers

Carob and millet are cleaned and dried to control the moisture.

Chop the beans, mince the millet, mince the garlic, and mince the ginger.

Put salt.
4.
Put white wine.
5.
Put white vinegar.
6.
Mix well.
7.
Put it in a jar and seal for three days.
8.
It looks like three days later.
