Homemade Chiba Tofu
1.
Cut the pork belly into thin slices, slice the wrinkled pepper (I tore it with my hands), slice the green onion diagonally
2.
A spoonful of Pixian bean paste
3.
Add oil, heat up, put a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, and fry the red oil
4.
Stir-fry the pork belly, put a little cooking wine
5.
Add the scallions and the white parts and continue to stir fry
6.
Add Chiba tofu and continue to stir fry
7.
Add appropriate amount of white sugar and soy sauce, and continue to stir fry
8.
Pour a little boiling water
9.
Pour in the wrinkled peppers and the leaves of the green onions, stir fry a little, cover the pot, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to prevent the water from drying out.
10.
Add a little monosodium glutamate, start the pot, and it's done.
Tips:
It is better to cut the pork belly thinly, and the Chiba tofu is also thinner and easy to taste.
