Homemade Chili Oil

1. Ingredients

2. Put the seasoning in a container that is not afraid of being hot, and stir evenly

3. Add oil to the pot, heat it until the oil smokes, turn off the heat and let it stand for 1-2 minutes, (cool down)

4. Then slowly pour the oil into the mixed chili,

5. While pouring, use chopsticks to stir the crushed chili while pouring in the hot oil

6. Stir well, let cool, and put in a container

Tips:

After making it, the oil should completely submerge the crushed chili
